CWC (Cementitious Crystalline Water Proofing System)

Product Description:

MYMIX - CWC (Cementitious Crystalline Waterproofing System) is an integral capillary concrete waterproofing compound which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. It consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and special chemicals.

How to apply

  • Clean Application Area from dust & grease
  • Pour 9 to 10 litre water in a bucket
  • Add 25 kg MYMIX - CWC to water
  • Mix thoroughly preferably with mechanical stirrer or manually
  • Wait for 5 minutes to get a homogenous mix

  • Dams and reservoirs
  • Harbours and bridges
  • Parking areas

  • Thoroughly scratch the surface using metal wire brush
  • Apply the compound on the damp surface with a wire / nylon brush for better penetration
  • Wait for 3 hours then Apply the second coat to get uniform surface by brush on damp surface
  • Wait for another 24 hours
  • Keep treated area damp for 5 days

  • Factory sealed bags are best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition stored in dry area.
